Perfect Weekends...

Involve NO PLANS!

Friday night we stayed in and I made Shane a yummy homemade dinner of chicken marsala, rose bud potatoes and a salad. We curled up on the couch and watched a movie.
Looking a little like this, minus the bunny slippers and cleavage!

Saturday we slept in and walked around the country club, took naps and watched a movie.

Sunday we went for a walk and hit up our favorite Farmers Market

Then we cheered on the LA Marathon runners.
We searched for our friend Kellie in particular who ran it in 5:20. Go Kels!
Thanks to Lu Lu Lemon we had music to bounce to while we watched 1000s pass!

We finished the weekend with some good company, Pink Taco and an IMAX experience of the new Alice in Wonderland, which I give two thumbs up!

Now it's Monday, back to work...

Off to Michigan for a FasTrack. Hoping to try some of their infamous Ice Wine.

Spare Me...

Every Thursday evening, we head down to BayShore Lanes on Pico and 4th (Yes, where the infamous Big Lebowski was filmed!). We joined the TNT league a few years back, making this our 4h nonconsecutive season. The original members were:

• Secret Weapon (aka. Harleez Ward)

After a short hiatus and a crazy 2009, Spare Me is back in full effect, family style. Our team now consists of...

Bowling has become one of our favorite things to do. We've definitely improved, although we are having a rough season. I used to try and break 100(100 or in the...) and now it's trying to break a 150. Season's about half way through, looking forward to seeing how it turns out. I'll be back with pics of the current team, as the ones above are of the OG team!

2010 is flying by...

Time flies when you're having fun and working hard!
A little glimpse into 2010. We spent New Years in Las Vegas with Daddy D and the gang. Fireworks, gambling and family time, what more can you ask for?

January- February....

I spent most of January flying in and out of LAX (aka. my second home) for work!
Napa, Ft. Lauderdale, back to Vegas...
Shane has been working incredibly hard and making huge strides at Capture.
I couldn't be more proud of his drive and relentless pursuit of success!
Our first V-Day as a married couple we went to see Valentines Day and had dinner at the Cheesecake factory, super simple, cliche and perfect.
Although, I think we'll opt to stay home in years to come!

Now it's March and we've already made a trip to visit Shane's family for
Cory's big 21st bday

Each time we go up there, I picture myself living on a winery and making my own wine!
